The right campaign sent results north of the sales target
Urban North is a townhome development that offers affordable purchase plans compared to similar products in the GTA. The builder allows buyers to spread their deposit over 18 months. NGEN broke this down further to show how manageable daily savings amounts allow one to “buy a new townhome for as little as $41/day".
This short, laser-focused campaign was flighted during August and September of 2019 to launch Urban North's Phase 3 and was right-on-point towards first-time buyer realities. The results were spectacular. 136 units sold during the period and 40 additional sales happened in October as a collateral effect, selling out all Phase 3 lots in less than 3 months and PACE Developments ranked first in Sales in Ontario during the two months of the campaign.
