The new luxury home development of Observatory Hill sits in the very last untouched pocket of Richmond Hill. The four builders of this remarkable undertaking came to NGEN so that we might spread word of this development not only to Canada, but to the world at large. Through market research we determined that a large portion of our target lay in Chinese local and foreign buyers who were looking for a reliable investment that would grow quickly.

To capitalize on this potential customer base we created a Chinese New Year Event to celebrate over 5000 years of Chinese tradition. With radio personality guests, special promotions, and all the traditional Chinese trappings, Observatory Hill saw an 800% increase in traffic over the two day event which lead to a 10% home sales absorption just 30 days following the event.
