Avenue on 7, by Ikore Developments, is a Woodbridge condo in the vicinity of the coming Metropolitan TTC station. NGEN was approached to provide Ikore with a comprehensive Marketing Plan for the project.
The research into Woodbridge led us to target the Millennial Woodbridge residents of Italian descent. These were young adults who wanted their independence and loved the concept of downtown living but valued living close to their family.
Appealing to target’s love of culture, we used impactful Briscola card symbols over high-fashion nightlife scenes to depict two worlds coming together. The headline read, “This is urban living Woodbridge style.”
This downtown-style condo set in uptown was 65% sold in one month and received accolades from both the real estate and broker community
