50 Ann is a contemporary boutique condominium in downtown Bolton. NGEN was given the existing brand logo and tasked with developing an overarching positioning strategy. Our research revealed that with its luxurious features and finishes, outstanding central location to city amenities and nearby protected green space, 50 Ann was most appealing to first-time buyers as well as those wanting to right-size. They had everything at their feet. Like royalty. The brand with the name of a queen, the regal lifestyle the location and amenities offered, and the nearest major intersection - King St. East and Queen St. West, inspired the enviable, unique brand positioning: 50 Ann. Where King meets Queen. This commanding positioning, supported with contemporary lifestyle images and the outstanding features of the condominium, created a story that captured attention and delivered over 5,000 direct registrations, and over 600 broker registrations resulting in 100% of available units being sold during the pre-sale event.
