Due to outstanding sales growth of 300%, Porsche Canada needed to communicate their new customer experience processes to their dealership network who were to accommodate more cars in the same amount of time using their existing infrastructure, as well as speed up warranty claims.

NGEN produced an educational video highlighting the benefits of the Service Optimization Program for dealerships' management, underlining the importance of integrating Porsche systems into their staff's daily routine. The engagement was so high it helped to catapult Porsche from third to number one in service satisfaction in Canada. Due to this success, the video was also utilized in Germany and presented to dealerships around the world.
