We developed a tagline, “Together We Soar,” that captures Condor’s collaborative spirit and ambitious vision.

NGEN’s brand identity for Condor Properties takes its tagline, “Together We Soar,” to new
heights.
The logo design features a powerful condor, the largest flying bird in the Western Hemisphere,
symbolizing might, courage, and resilience. This majestic creature embodies Condor’s 50+ years
of experience and their ambitious vision for the future.
Breaking free from the constraints of its old logo, the Condor soars high, representing Condor’s
expansion into new real estate sectors.
The bold, sharp typeface, with the letters “N” and “D” cleverly combined, reinforces the idea of
collaboration between Condor, and their clients.
