A new look for an age-old calling
UniversalCare is an industry leader in Long-Term Care and Retirement Home Management, trusted by 17 senior living communities including Richview Manor. NGEN was engaged to refine their position, identity and website to be more relevant and engaging for the rapidly changing personal care vertical.
Our challenge was to leverage UniversalCare’s philosophy, experience, family-driven DNA in a manner that is empathetic, professional and insightful.
A new simplified logo was developed along with a contemporary colour palette that is warm and inviting. “Grey is the new Black” became our credo as we rolled out the campaign and the accompanying website and digital collateral.
