Taking one step back to leap two steps ahead.
Cassavia Homes had evolved and wished to rebrand as Brookshore Developments and Brookshore Homes. The company was looking for a unified identity for the two new divisions. Research into their target market revealed new opportunities for a homebuilder brand, and a strategy and creative campaign was developed that focused on user-centric product development rather than merely product-focused.
With those master brands effectively in place, NGEN then launched Brookshore’s first luxury development, Prima Bungalows in Kleinburg, aimed at down-sizers and right-sizers.
